How to take it

It is aimed at adults who want a single evening capsule rather than a shelf of separate bottles.
What it won't do
It contains melatonin, a hormone. It can cause next-day drowsiness; do not drive or operate machinery after taking it.
Valerian and melatonin can add to the effect of sedatives, alcohol and some antidepressants. If you take any prescription medication, talk to a doctor first.
The capsule is gelatin, so this one is not vegetarian.

The manufacturing, processing, packaging and holding processes are audited against 21 CFR Part 111, Part 117 and the NPA GMP Standard for Dietary Supplements, with certification status confirmed by UL Solutions or NSF depending on the product. That certification covers the facility, not individual batches, which carry their own certificates of analysis.

It depends on the product and on you. Creatine, for example, typically needs consistent daily use over several weeks before saturation. We're not going to give you a number that sounds impressive — take it as directed and judge it over a full container.
