Every email here comes to a real person, and most get answered the same day.
If something arrives damaged, or you simply don't get on with a product, tell us and we'll sort it out.
Ask us anything specific like what's actually in a formula, who makes it, what a certificate says and you'll get a straight answer.

Thirty days from delivery on the container you opened. One per customer, and we'll ask what didn't work.

Every ingredient, listed
Every supplement prints its ingredients and amounts on the Supplement Facts panel, and every skincare product lists its full ingredients, so you can compare us to anything on the shelf.
Tested before it ships
Every product is tested by an independent laboratory, and for our supplements that lab is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. Depending on the product and lot, certificates cover microbial contamination, heavy metals, potency, or several at once. Every one we hold is published in full on our Lab reports page.
Made under cGMP
Most of the range is made in FDA-registered US facilities, GMP certified to 21 CFR Part 111 and the Natural Products Association GMP standard for dietary supplements, with certification status independently confirmed by UL Solutions or NSF depending on the product. Each product page says where that product is made.
Two labels, one standard
Natty is our own line and most of what we make: the molecule or the plant on the front, the full formula on the back. The multi-ingredient formulas keep the Salud y Vita label. Same testing, same guarantee.

From formulation to your door, here is exactly how it's made and what gets checked at each step.
Formulated
Single-purpose formulas, with the full Supplement Facts panel (or, for skincare, the full ingredient list) printed on every container and shown in the product photos.
Manufactured
Most products are made in FDA-registered, GMP-certified US facilities, with certification status independently confirmed by UL Solutions or NSF depending on the product. Each product page says where it is made.
Tested
Every product is tested by an independent laboratory; for our supplements, that lab is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. What each certificate covers depends on the product and the lot: microbial contamination, heavy metals, potency, or several at once.
Shipped
Packed and dispatched from a warehouse in the United States. Current processing and delivery times are in our shipping policy.
For most of the range, the manufacturing, processing, packaging and holding processes are audited against 21 CFR Part 111, Part 117 and the NPA GMP Standard for Dietary Supplements, with certification status confirmed by UL Solutions or NSF depending on the product. That certification covers the facility, not individual batches, which carry their own certificates of analysis. Every certificate we hold is on our Lab reports page.
