How to take it
- One capsule daily, with 6-8 oz of water.
- Most people take it in the morning — tongkat ali is stimulating for some.
- Thirty capsules is exactly a month. Judge it at the end of the bottle, not the first week.
What it's for
Four concentrated botanical extracts in one capsule a day: shilajit at 400 mg, plus ashwagandha, sea moss and tongkat ali at 100 mg each. It is aimed at people who want adaptogen support for energy and daily performance without assembling four separate bottles.
The extract ratios are on the label and we have reproduced them above, because "shilajit extract" without a ratio tells you very little about what is in the capsule.
What it won't do
Shilajit is a mineral-rich resin, and quality varies enormously between suppliers. Purified shilajit is tested for heavy metals precisely because unpurified material can carry them. Ours is manufactured in a UL-certified cGMP facility in the USA; if you want the certificate for the lot you receive, email us and we'll send it.
Extract ratios are not doses. 30:1 tells you how concentrated the extract is, not how much active compound is in it — a high ratio from poor starting material is still poor. It is more information than most labels give, but it is not the whole picture.
Tongkat ali is stimulating for some people and can affect sleep if taken late. It also has a traditional association with libido and testosterone that outruns the human evidence. We are not making that claim.
It contains ashwagandha. Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or managing a thyroid or autoimmune condition.

The manufacturing, processing, packaging and holding processes are audited against 21 CFR Part 111, Part 117 and the NPA GMP Standard for Dietary Supplements, with certification status confirmed by UL Solutions or NSF depending on the product. That certification covers the facility, not individual batches, which carry their own certificates of analysis.

It depends on the product and on you. Creatine, for example, typically needs consistent daily use over several weeks before saturation. We're not going to give you a number that sounds impressive — take it as directed and judge it over a full container.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. That isn't a legal formality — supplements can interact with prescription medication, and we have no way of knowing your situation. This also applies if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
