What it's for

Horny goat weed is the common name for epimedium, a flowering plant used in traditional Chinese herbalism for libido and vitality. Its best-known compounds are the icariins.
This is 1,000 mg of epimedium extract carrying 100 mg of icariins, with maca, muira puama, L-arginine, ginseng, saw palmetto, polypodium and longjack, all at stated amounts.
What it won't do
Several of the smaller ingredients are present at 1–20 mg, well below the amounts used when they are taken on their own.
Epimedium can lower blood pressure and may interact with blood thinners and heart medication. If you take either, or have a heart condition, talk to a doctor first.
Not for use during pregnancy. The capsule is gelatin, so this one is not vegetarian.
It is not a treatment for erectile dysfunction or any other condition. If a problem keeps coming back, see a doctor: it can be an early sign of something that needs attention.

It depends on the product and on you. Creatine, for example, typically needs consistent daily use over several weeks before saturation. We're not going to give you a number that sounds impressive — take it as directed and judge it over a full container.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. That isn't a legal formality — supplements can interact with prescription medication, and we have no way of knowing your situation. This also applies if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
