How to take it

What it's for
Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body. Muscle uses it, and so do the cells lining the gut, and hard training draws it down. This is plain L-glutamine at 3.15 g a scoop.
It is aimed at people who train and want a single amino acid they can add to a drink they already have, rather than a pre-mixed recovery formula.
What it won't do
One serving is 3.15 g. Studies on glutamine and recovery often used considerably more, which is why the label allows up to three servings a day.
The jar holds 30 servings at one a day, or 10 days at three a day.
It is not a treatment for any gut condition.

Yes. This product is third-party tested by a laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, and it is made in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility. Email us and we'll send the certificate of analysis for the lot you received.
It depends on the product and on you. Creatine, for example, typically needs consistent daily use over several weeks before saturation. We're not going to give you a number that sounds impressive — take it as directed and judge it over a full container.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. That isn't a legal formality — supplements can interact with prescription medication, and we have no way of knowing your situation. This also applies if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
