How to take it
- Two capsules once a day.

- Morning suits most people — it is not a stimulant, but it is not a sleep aid either.
What it's for
A broad cognitive-support formula rather than a single-ingredient product: the B-vitamins, choline and DHA that nerve function relies on, antioxidant botanicals, and a group of amino acids and compounds commonly used for memory and attention.
It is aimed at someone who wants one capsule pair covering a lot of ground rather than buying bacopa, phosphatidylserine and a B-complex separately.
What it won't do
This is the one product we sell with a proprietary blend. Eighteen ingredients share a single 609 mg figure, so we can tell you what is in it but not how much of each. That is the manufacturer's formulation and we cannot unpick it. If per-ingredient amounts matter to you — and for something like huperzine A they reasonably might — this is not the product for you, and we would rather say so than bury it.
Our supplier's written description disagrees with the printed panel in two places: it gives vitamin E as 14 mg where the panel says 40 mg, and the blend as 617 mg where the panel says 609 mg. We have used the panel, because that is the regulated document.
It contains soy and fish (tuna). If you have either allergy, do not take it.
It contains iron. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 — keep it well out of reach, and call a doctor or poison control centre immediately in case of accidental overdose.
Huperzine A is a cholinesterase inhibitor and is not intended for indefinite continuous use. Talk to a doctor before taking this if you are on any medication, pregnant, nursing, or under 18.

The manufacturing, processing, packaging and holding processes are audited against 21 CFR Part 111, Part 117 and the NPA GMP Standard for Dietary Supplements, with certification status confirmed by UL Solutions or NSF depending on the product. That certification covers the facility, not individual batches, which carry their own certificates of analysis.

Yes. This product is third-party tested by a laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, and it is made in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility. Email us and we'll send the certificate of analysis for the lot you received.
It depends on the product and on you. Creatine, for example, typically needs consistent daily use over several weeks before saturation. We're not going to give you a number that sounds impressive — take it as directed and judge it over a full container.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. That isn't a legal formality — supplements can interact with prescription medication, and we have no way of knowing your situation. This also applies if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
