How to take it

What it's for

What it won't do
El shilajit es una resina rica en minerales, y la calidad varía enormemente entre proveedores. El shilajit purificado se somete a pruebas de metales pesados precisamente porque el material sin purificar puede contenerlos. Las proporciones de extracto no son dosis. 30:1 le indica cuán concentrado es el extracto, no cuántos compuestos activos contiene; una proporción alta de materia prima deficiente sigue siendo deficiente. Shipped
Packed and dispatched from a warehouse in the United States. Current processing and delivery times are in our shipping policy.
The manufacturing, processing, packaging and holding processes are audited against 21 CFR Part 111, Part 117 and the NPA GMP Standard for Dietary Supplements, with certification status confirmed by UL Solutions or NSF depending on the product. That certification covers the facility, not individual batches, which carry their own certificates of analysis.

Yes. This product is third-party tested by a laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, and it is made in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility. Email us and we'll send the certificate of analysis for the lot you received.
It depends on the product and on you. Creatine, for example, typically needs consistent daily use over several weeks before saturation. We're not going to give you a number that sounds impressive — take it as directed and judge it over a full container.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. That isn't a legal formality — supplements can interact with prescription medication, and we have no way of knowing your situation. This also applies if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the container you tried — you don't need to send that one back, and a sentence on what didn't work is all we ask.
