What it's for
Sea moss is a red seaweed, Chondrus crispus, eaten in Ireland and the Caribbean for centuries. Here it is paired with bladderwrack, a brown seaweed, and burdock root, which is the classic three-part sea moss formula, plus a little BioPerine®, a black pepper extract.
Seaweeds are a natural source of iodine and trace minerals, which is most of why people take them.
What it won't do
Bladderwrack is naturally rich in iodine, and the amount varies from harvest to harvest, so the panel does not state a figure. If you have a thyroid condition, take thyroid medication, or already take iodine, talk to a doctor first.
BioPerine® is a black pepper extract. If you take prescription medication, check with your pharmacist, because piperine can change how some drugs are absorbed.

The manufacturing, processing, packaging and holding processes are audited against 21 CFR Part 111, Part 117 and the NPA GMP Standard for Dietary Supplements, with certification status confirmed by UL Solutions or NSF depending on the product. That certification covers the facility, not individual batches, which carry their own certificates of analysis.

Yes. This product is third-party tested by a laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, and it is made in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility. Email us and we'll send the certificate of analysis for the lot you received.
It depends on the product and on you. Creatine, for example, typically needs consistent daily use over several weeks before saturation. We're not going to give you a number that sounds impressive — take it as directed and judge it over a full container.
