Saw palmetto and pygeum are the two botanicals most associated with men's prostate health. This formula adds grape seed, pumpkin seed, nettle leaf, lycopene and boron, with vitamins E and B6.

What it won't do
It is not a treatment for any prostate condition. Changes in urination can have many causes; see a doctor rather than self-treating.
Saw palmetto can affect PSA test results and may interact with blood thinners and hormone therapies. Tell your doctor you take it.
Vitamin B6 is 13.8 mg (812% of the Daily Value). If you take other B-vitamin products, add the amounts.
The capsule is gelatin, so this one is not vegetarian.

It depends on the product and on you. Creatine, for example, typically needs consistent daily use over several weeks before saturation. We're not going to give you a number that sounds impressive — take it as directed and judge it over a full container.
