How to take it

Turmeric twice over, as whole root and as a 95% curcuminoid extract, with the joint staples glucosamine and chondroitin, plus ginger, boswellia and MSM. BioPerine® is added because curcumin on its own is poorly absorbed.

What it won't do
Contains shellfish: the glucosamine comes from crab, lobster and crawfish. If you are allergic to shellfish, do not take it.
Turmeric, ginger and bromelain can add to the effect of blood thinners, and BioPerine® can change how some medicines are absorbed. If you take prescription medication or have gallbladder problems, talk to a doctor first.

The manufacturing, processing, packaging and holding processes are audited against 21 CFR Part 111, Part 117 and the NPA GMP Standard for Dietary Supplements, with certification status confirmed by UL Solutions or NSF depending on the product. That certification covers the facility, not individual batches, which carry their own certificates of analysis.

It depends on the product and on you. Creatine, for example, typically needs consistent daily use over several weeks before saturation. We're not going to give you a number that sounds impressive — take it as directed and judge it over a full container.
