What it's for
Supports normal immune function and the body's natural defences, and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.*
Nine actives in one daily serving, every amount printed: vitamins C, D3, E and B6, zinc, elderberry, echinacea, citrus bioflavonoids and L-lysine.
It covers the nutrients most often bought separately for the colder months, at 100–200% of the Daily Value for the vitamins and zinc.
What it won't do
The 40 mcg of vitamin D3 is 1,600 IU. If you already take vitamin D or a multivitamin, add the amounts together.
Echinacea belongs to the daisy family; skip it if you react to ragweed, chrysanthemums or marigolds. If you have an autoimmune condition or take immunosuppressants, talk to a doctor first.
The capsule is gelatin, so this one is not vegetarian.

The manufacturing, processing, packaging and holding processes are audited against 21 CFR Part 111, Part 117 and the NPA GMP Standard for Dietary Supplements, with certification status confirmed by UL Solutions or NSF depending on the product. That certification covers the facility, not individual batches, which carry their own certificates of analysis.

It depends on the product and on you. Creatine, for example, typically needs consistent daily use over several weeks before saturation. We're not going to give you a number that sounds impressive — take it as directed and judge it over a full container.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. That isn't a legal formality — supplements can interact with prescription medication, and we have no way of knowing your situation. This also applies if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
