What's in it
| Fish oil concentrate | 1,000 mg |
| EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) | 180 mg |
| DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) | 120 mg |
| Cholesterol | 10 mg |
| Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, water), vitamin E | Other ingredients |
Amounts are per serving. The full Supplement Facts panel is printed on the container and is the last photo in the gallery.
How to take it
- One softgel, twice a day, with meals.
- Always with food — fish oil on an empty stomach is how you get the aftertaste.
- Store it somewhere cool and out of direct light.
What it's for
The two numbers worth reading on any fish oil are EPA and DHA, not the total oil weight — a 1,000 mg softgel can carry almost any amount of either. This one is 1,000 mg of fish oil concentrate carrying 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA, and all three numbers are on the panel.
At the suggested two a day, that is 360 mg EPA and 240 mg DHA.
What it won't do
The softgel is gelatin, so this one is not vegetarian or vegan. Everything else we sell is.
It contains fish — sardines and anchovies specifically. If you have a fish allergy, do not take it.
Each softgel also carries 1 g of fat and 10 mg of cholesterol. That matters to almost nobody, but it is on the panel and you may as well know it is there.
If you take blood thinners or have surgery scheduled, talk to a doctor first — omega-3s can affect clotting.
Why we started Salud y Vita
I started Salud y Vita to promote healthy living. Time is limited, so we should all choose to live life to the fullest, and feeling our best every day starts with small, simple habits. A daily supplement is one of the easiest to build. I'm passionate about making supplements I'd trust myself: named ingredients, the amount of each one on the label, and third-party testing on every product.

Why Natty
Every amount, on the label
A proprietary blend lists its ingredients but prints only their combined weight, so you can't tell how much of each one you're getting. Every Natty label prints the amount of each active ingredient, and lists everything else, capsule included.
US labelling rules let a proprietary blend declare only its total weight. Our Supplement Facts panel is the last photo in the gallery.

How it's made
From facility to doorstep
From formulation to your door, here is exactly how it's made and what gets checked at each step.
Formulated
Single-purpose formulas, with the full Supplement Facts panel printed on every container and shown in the product photos.
Manufactured
Produced in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified US facility, with certification status independently confirmed by UL Solutions or NSF depending on the product.
Tested
Every product is third-party tested. The certificate of analysis for your lot comes from an independent laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, and covers microbial contamination, with heavy-metal and potency panels depending on the product.
Shipped
Packed and dispatched from a warehouse in the United States. Current processing and delivery times are in our shipping policy.
The manufacturing, processing, packaging and holding processes are audited against 21 CFR Part 111, Part 117 and the NPA GMP Standard for Dietary Supplements, with certification status confirmed by UL Solutions or NSF depending on the product. That certification covers the facility, not individual batches, which carry their own certificates of analysis.
Try it for 30 days. If it's not for you, we refund it.
Open it, use it, decide. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the container you tried. One per customer; sealed extras come back first. Full terms in our refund policy.
Questions
Before you buy
In the United States, in an FDA-registered facility that is GMP certified to 21 CFR Part 111 and the Natural Products Association GMP standard for dietary supplements, with certification status independently confirmed by UL Solutions or NSF depending on the product.
Yes. This product is third-party tested by a laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, and it is made in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility. Email us and we'll send the certificate of analysis for the lot you received.
It depends on the product and on you. Creatine, for example, typically needs consistent daily use over several weeks before saturation. We're not going to give you a number that sounds impressive — take it as directed and judge it over a full container.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. That isn't a legal formality — supplements can interact with prescription medication, and we have no way of knowing your situation. This also applies if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the container you tried — you don't need to send that one back, and a sentence on what didn't work is all we ask.
If you ordered more than one, the sealed containers come back to us first on a prepaid label. It's one guarantee refund per customer. Full terms are in our refund policy.
