What it's for
Ashwagandha is the adaptogen most people have actually heard of, and the one with the most human research behind it — usually studied for stress and sleep quality. This is 650 mg of organic root per capsule with 5 mg of organic black pepper, in a vegan pullulan capsule.
It is aimed at someone adding one well-known adaptogen to a daily routine rather than a stack of them.
What it won't do
The amount on the panel is per capsule, not per day. At the suggested two a day you are taking 1,300 mg, which sits at the higher end of what studies typically use. Start with one if you would rather.
Ashwagandha is not a sedative and it does not work in an hour. The research that exists looks at weeks of daily use.

It depends on the product and on you. Creatine, for example, typically needs consistent daily use over several weeks before saturation. We're not going to give you a number that sounds impressive — take it as directed and judge it over a full container.
